Because of the monumental success we now have an immediate need for a receptionist / file clerk to keep the dealership organized!

Pay Scale: Hourly wages are between $16.00 - $18.00

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Assists office staff during no rush hours and whenever possible.
Assists with clerical duties as requested.
Files all business office documents.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license
