Job Description
```Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll analyze equipment failures, improve and maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, assist in various equipment improvement and maintenance projects, and supervise department employees. You'll also utilize predictive maintenance tools to maximize equipment reliability and manage plant capital and repair projects.
