Job Description

Reno Staffing is looking for Picker team members for an Industrial Equipment Supplier in the Reno area MUST HAVE FORKLIFT AND REACH TRUCK experience!

This is a temp to hire position centrally located in Reno's busy industrial area. Be a part of a results driven,
team- oriented environment for an established company!

Shift: Mon - Thur 11:30 am to 8:30 pm Fri 11 am to 5 pm (40
hours a week)
Pay: $18/hr.
Location: 89502
Summary:

Pull and pack orders. Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

Pulls, packs and loads product based on orders
Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, Reach trucks and Electrical Pallet Jacks)
Receive, stock and stack products
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.

Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Familiarity with Radio Frequency Scanners
must have forklift and reachtruck experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
You must have a high school diploma or GED or at least one year of warehouse experience
Ability to lift, bend and stack product
Willing to conform to change
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand written and verbal instruction

A RESUME AND AN INTERVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

You will need to pass a drug test. You will not be tested for THC.
