Production Worker

Job Summary

• A Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success. Working safely is a key skill needed in this position.

What you will need:

• No experience needed.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Safety toe shoes

What you will do:

• Duties include everything from sweeping and cleaning, to sorting and stacking, to learning the ropes of the Machine Operator job.
• Take pride and great care in checking quality for every order you help fill for our customers.
• Assist Machine Operators
• Take full ownership of your work area and work to achieve Total Quality Management
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Be able to lift to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a standing position for 10-hour shifts.
• Lots of energy for walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• A focus on safety around operating machinery
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Excellent attendance – must be reliable and punctual.
