IT Support Specialist

DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking for an IT Support Specialist

Purpose:

The main responsibility of the IT Support Specialist would be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the software applications within DARCARS Automotive Group. This person will be at the front-line, dealing directly with employees and customers, as needed.

Qualifications:

•OS Support - Windows 10, 11

•Level 1 Help Desk Support - Call response and Triage

•Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting

•Basic Audio/Visual Hardware Setup

•Basic Technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware

•Familiarity with remote control and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.

•Ability to operate with minimal supervision, prioritize workload, other assigned tasks, learn new, technical product information quickly and demonstrate the ability to meet current operating level agreements.

•Maintain and document guidelines, standards, processes, and procedures in relation to the computing environment.

•Support and troubleshoot current standard of MS Windows 10Windows 11 operating systems, & MS Office 365

•Dell / Lexmark/HP Remote/On-Site Printer Support

•LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, & Exchange Online

•Basic Network Knowledge

•Basic iOS knowledge
