Responsibilities

In this role, the Handyman will work on a variety of tasks:
•Property inspections for health and safety and Move-In/Move-Outs
•Minor Repairs such as light carpentry and window blind installation, Closet Door installation, Lock replacement
•Simple Plumbing Repairs such as toilet or disposal replacement
•Smoke and CO2 Installation/HVAC Filter Replacement
•Trash pick up and debris removal, dump runs
•Yard Maintenance / Sprinkler Repair / Fence Repair
•Supervising or Monitoring the services provided by outside vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors

Qualifications

•US Work Authorization
•Some experience as a Handyman (or Woman)
•Ability to document work performed
•Familiarity with maintenance tools, including power & hand tools
•Clean Driving Record and Criminal History
•Access to a dependable working vehicle (mileage paid)
•Commitment to Excellence and to a schedule
•Willingness to be friendly and represent the company well
