Store Manager JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our mission is to help our customers live richer, fuller lives by saving them money and time through the great food, great prices, and great people in our stores, every day.
Ensure the store provides positive earning and the store operates at standards set by the company. Directs and controls the operation of the store and supervises all employees to control inventory, losses, gross and net profit, and make sure all departments are running smoothly.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year management experience
- 18 years of age or older (for duties requiring minimum age)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50lbs.
- Dependable and Flexible
- Serv Safe certified or willing to become certified.
- Salary position and are required to work at least 45 hours per week.
- Required to have open availability.
- Supervise the recruiting and training of employees.
- Write work schedules.
- Build positive experiences with employees, customers, and vendors.
