Job Description: As an Esthetician at Steamboat Hot Springs, you will be responsible for providing professional skincare and beauty services to our valued guests. Your primary duties will include performing a variety of facial treatments, waxing services, and other skincare procedures tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough skin analyses to determine the most suitable treatments for guests.
• Perform a range of facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and moisturization.
• Provide waxing services for hair removal with precision and attention to detail.
• Educate guests on proper skincare regimens and recommend products to maintain results.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering personalized experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Uphold professional standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician license issued by the Nevada state regulatory board.
• Minimum of two years of experience working as an Esthetician in a spa or skincare clinic preferred.
• Proficiency in performing various skincare treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
