Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

• Follow up promptly on consumer product inquiries
• Educate consumers on promotions, sales, and brand benefits
• Conduct competitive market research and propose brand awareness strategies
• Develop negotiation skills to handle customer objections and resolve account discrepancies for successful sales closures
• Contribute to consumer retention, brand growth, and overall profitability
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions
• Adhere to daily schedules and meet sales production targets
• Actively engage with team members and consumers
