.NET Operations & Maintenance Support Specialist

As an Operations & Maintenance Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning, troubleshooting, and enhancement of data tools. This position requires expertise in Visual Studio, Net configuration management, software deployment automation, API development, configuration management, and performance testing and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering .Net application servers.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues promptly.
Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
Ad-hoc Enhancements:
Collaborate with development teams to implement ad-hoc enhancements as per business requirements.
Ensure that any modifications align with existing configurations and maintain system integrity.
Configuration Management:
Oversee and manage the configuration of .Net-based data tools.
Implement changes and updates in accordance with best practices.
Performance Testing and Analysis:
Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Visual Studio proficiency
Expertise in .Net configuration management
Experience in software deployment automation
API development skills
Administration of .Net application servers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Three (3) years of work experience developing, configuring, and deploying .Net solutions.
