Contract 3-4 Months + Onsite in West Sacramento!
Accounts Payable Processor!
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
$25.00-$30/HR
ERP Experience REQUIRED
Duties:
- Manage the workflow & entry of all vendor invoices, including multi-currency invoices.
- Process new vendor applications (i.e. W9/banking setup/etc)
- Process timely weekly vendor payments, both in ERP and through Bank Site
- Manage all vendor related communication (internally and with vendor)
- Manage the 1099 annual reporting process
- Other AP and GL related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of AP experience; multi-currency experience strongly desired
- General accounting and banking knowledge required
- Large ERP system experience, preferably NetSuite/Oracle product
- Proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
