Front of House Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service, managing the front of house staff, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure that all front of house staff are providing excellent customer service and meeting guest expectations
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times to maximize seating capacity
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and front of house spaces
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels of equipment and supplies
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and provide training opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front of house operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front of house management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant software
- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
