Wallys Natural is looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and basic mechanical knowledge who can maintain automated machines to manufacture candles at our Auburn production facility. Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities
. Working on the production line and meeting production targets
Following production guidelines and specifications
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to Supervisor
Complete packaging tasks such as product, box assembly, packing and taping
Work on production line with consistent speed and accuracy
Feed raw materials into machinery
Store goods and raw material properly in our warehouse
Use lifting equipment and forklift truck to fulfill orders
Follow the companys safety and quality guidelines
Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer
Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
Assist with other minor warehouse duties
Clean warehouse when needed
Assist with shipping when needed
Assisting with training of newly employed workers

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Hours 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday thru Friday
• Bi-weekly Payroll Pay - Direct Deposit preferred
