Job descriptionHuman Resource Manager - Job Responsibilities
- Reports to General Manager
- Oversees timecard administration
- Payroll processing and reconciliation
- Posting payroll taxes/ garnishments
- Hourly, salary and commissioned payroll
- Printing and distribution of payroll checks (175 +)
- Using current DMS -CDK
- Pre hire testing, drug screens, background, driving record
- Entering/terminating employee benefits
- Tracking vacation/ sick Leave
- FMLA/PFL
- Other miscellaneous duties
Job Requirements
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Previous experience required
- Attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Highly Organized and self motivated
- Learning new systems and processes
- Previous dealership experience a plus/ not required
- Paylocity experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
