Sales / Marketing Coordinator (Neuroscience or Psychology BS degree)

Omnitech Electronics Inc. is a growing Biotechnology Instrumentation Manufacturer located on the West side of Columbus. Our products are sold to Universities and Laboratories worldwide. We are seeking an energetic & motivated individual to drive our marketing and sales, preferably a graduate candidate with a degree and experience in fields like Neuroscience or Psychology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive growth
• Create and revise marketing materials/content
• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
• Respond to customer inquiries with information about products and services
• Generate, organize, and convert leads
• Create and send quotes, work orders, and invoices
• Implement content updates for the upcoming revised website launch
• Maintain production calendar and facilitate inter-team communication
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Maintain production calendar and facilitate inter-team communication
• Technical writing and documentation management
• Occasional travel to scientific trade shows and on-site customer visits.

Qualifications

• Neuroscience or Psychology degree preferred
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication
• Strong writing and computer skills.

Compensation

• Compensation is based on experience.
