We are a heavy highway specialty construction company looking to find an ambitious bookkeeper to enter a mix of accounts payable, billings, payroll, etc for our company. Knowledge of ODOT certified payroll is a strong plus. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are highly desirable. Job responsibilities include data entry of payable invoices, payroll, billing information into our construction software, light answering of phones and various other administrative duties.
