About the Role: Equipment Sales Representative

Location: Sacramento, CA

As a Construction Equipment Sales Representative at Global Machinery, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships built on trust, dedication, and exceptional customer service. Based out of our Sacramento, CA office, you’ll be instrumental in recommending, demonstrating, and facilitating sales and rental transactions of specialized construction equipment, to a diverse clientele, within the segments of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Champion the continued growth of our Sacramento branch, serving as a driving force in market expansion.
Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts, forging meaningful connections with customers, contractors, and partners.
Lead end-to-end execution of sales and rental transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Provide comprehensive operator training and post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Drive market share growth and elevate the Global Machinery brand through strategic initiatives.
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to various facets of the business.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with direct exposure to construction equipment sales highly desirable.
Clean driving record essential; CDL license preferred.
Proficiency in operating construction equipment advantageous.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsive individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to handle physical demands including equipment operation, loading/unloading, and demonstrations.

Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by commission structure on equipment sales.
