Location Reston, VA (Hybrid 2days Onsite)
Duration 12 Months+
Years of Experience 8yrs+
Notes:
- Only Banking and financial clients required,
- Ex-Freddie or Fannie preferred.
- Look for candidates within 75 miles of reston, VA
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
- 50% BA / 50% DA
- Strong SQL skills needed.
- Should be able to query data.
- Should be able to gather and document requirements in JIRA.
- Multifamily business-related data Loans, mortgages, tenants, etc.
- Will be part of Scrum Team Product Owners, Developers, Data Analyst, Testers, etc.
- Some Data Lineage - source to target mapping, documenting the data elements accurately.
MUST HAVES:
- Business Analysis Gathering and documenting requirements, BRD, FRD, etc.
- Data Analysis
- Expert SQL Skills Stored Procedures, Joins, Normalization, Triggers, Functions, Complex Queries, Writing statements
- JIRA
- Mortgage Industry Loans/Mortgage/etc.
- Data Lineage Source/Target/Mappings/Data Elements
- Good Communications skills
PREFERRED:
- Confluence
- Data Warehouse/Data Marts
