What we need from you:

• Experience - You have at least 2 years of in-office experience, 1 year in Commercial Lines Insurance preferred

• License - You have an active Property & Casualty License

• Knowledge - You have a strong comprehension of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages preferred

• Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Adobe, and Agency Management Systems (IMS). Preference will be given to candidates with AMS-360 experience.

The Position:

• Provide helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers

• Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.

• Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.

• Give a positive customer service experience via all communications (eg. phone calls, emails, etc.)

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

• Data entry in various platforms
