As a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and have their insurance needs met. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and personalized assistance to clients, answering their inquiries, and addressing their concerns. You will perform policy reviews, process changes, and ensure accurate documentation. As a trusted representative of our agency, you will develop strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

Assist clients: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding their insurance policies.

Policy processing: Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and in a timely manner.

Claims support: Assist clients in reporting and navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Client retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Product knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and coverage options to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

Sales and commision opportunities

- Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is preferred
