Our client with the State of Nevada is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for an approximately fourth month long assignment!
The incumbent will be assisting the division's fiscal office with accounts payable using the state payment system; perform general bookkeeping; and perform other office administrative tasks as needed. Applicants will be considered for either part-time or full-time.
Requirements:
- Graduation from High School or equivalent.
- Must be able to use MS excel for data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail is critical.
Training will be provided.
