As a Priority Responder, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. This role requires a motivated, friendly, dedicated and mature individual, requiring little supervision. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
Monitor and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems)
Use these alert systems to arrive quickly to any scene of a fire/storm emergency in order to consult with property owners impacted by the damage
This role is responsible for responding to emergency property situations and all generated leads within the designated radius
Employee is expected to get approval (signed form) by the homeowner to begin emergency services to mitigate further damage to their home
Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and local community
Establish and maintain working relationships with the customers/homeowners.
Track and complete a weekly log of job activity. Build and maintain a database of customer information to include date of call, time of call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact information
This work may require nights and weekends and working beyond a 40-hour workweek as needed to complete goals and responsibilities.

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
Strong process and results driven attitude
Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
