Job Summary:
JTSP is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join JTSP as an Apartment Leasing Professional.

As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit
- Assist applicants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
- Verify applicant information, including employment, income, and rental history
- Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documents are properly executed
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software
- Adhere to fair housing regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns or maintenance issues
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating listings and promoting available units

Experience:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with property maintenance concepts and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and handle sensitive situations professionally
