- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p, office closed 1 hour for lunch
- Patient volume: 25-30 patients (including new patients
- Required procedures: General dentistry procedures on adult patients only
- Credentialing timeframe: 7-10 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- NV State license REQUIRED
- Certifications : BLS
