Opportunity Details

Salary: $127,900.00 - $159,900.00 full time annual salary.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 1pm-5pm

***Signing Bonus Opportunity up to $50,000***

***Relocation Reimbursement up to $5,000***

Family Nurse Practitioner:

Our Family Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Job Duties: 

  • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
  • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments
  • Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP’s, Nurses, MA’s, LVN’s and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

Experience and Skills

  • Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Board Certified.
  • Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved
