• Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital & Surgery Center
• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: Mostly 12 & 8-Hour Shifts, with a mix of 10s & some evenings; Monday - Friday; Weekend coverage on a 4-week rotation
• Cases: General, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endo
• Facility: 300+ Bed Hospital: 11 Main ORs / 2 in Ambulatory Center
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Credentialing: 30 days
