What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building.
• Check insurance, identification, and update systems.
• Organize and handle all vehicle keys.
• Create temporary tags for customers.
• Process payment for customers at the end of vehicle purchasing experience.
• Assist with vehicle detailing if/when necessary
• Delivers completed auto deals to Ford Admin for final checks and balance

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees and customers.
• 1-3 years administrative support experience.
• 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
