Maintenance Technician

At Associa we deliver unsurpassed association management services to communities since 1979. We are hiring an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties at a condominium community in Truckee, CA. Responsibilities include: correcting unsafe conditions throughout the property; basic painting of curbs, gates, fences, etc.; trim shrubs, sweep and clean walkways in all common areas; walk property to inspect and ensure cleanliness, functionality, deterioration and wear; pool maintenance and balancing; other duties as assigned. Salary dependent on incumbent's experience, range $24-$30/hour.

Education Level: High school education or GED required

Experience Level: Some experience required
