Job Title: Manufacturing Shop Assistant

Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Part Time 1-3 days a week midweek

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Shop Assistant to support our production team. This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on work within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare parts and components in accordance with manufacturing standards

• Assist in the assembly of boat lift parts and components

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor

• Support various general shop tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or mechanical setting is a bonus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications
