Technician

Full Time Technician - Kirkwood Property Services ("KPS") is seeking a full time Technician to join its Property Management Team. KPS provides full scope property maintenance services to a variety of buildings and homes at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Services include but are not limited to inspections, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, snow removal and special projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years experience in property management or similar, strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer service. The position comes with a competitive $19-$22 hourly wage, Kirkwood Mountain Resort Season Pass, cell phone stipend and other benefits such as sick time and paid time off.
