Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Maintenance & Repairman McP's Taphouse in S. Lake Tahoe is looking for kitchen workers who will be responsible for stocking and inventorying food items and other necessary supplies. Preparing food items by prepping vegetables, butchering meat or preparing sauces. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces and disposing of food and waste. Perform minor repairs on building, equipment and machines. Complete regular maintenance tasks.
Qualifications: • Previous experience in kitchen or cleaning roles preferred but not necessary. • Ability to be stationary for lengthy periods of time. • Ability to follow recipes, portion control, food packaging, maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Interest in food, ability to handle a stressful kitchen production environment, good work ethic, ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
